Mark Lee has been a licensed plumber for over ten years. 6 years ago he decided that he wanted to start his own plumbing business. He wanted to run that business in the most transparent way possible by providing full details when charging customer for labour and materials used, communicating with them as often as he needs to and excellent customer service and quality of work.
Mark also wanted his business to be one where the work and professionalism is what people remember him for. Customer retention is one of the things Mark prides himself on most, ensuring his customers are so happy with his work and level of professionalism they insist on having him back should they require a plumber again.
Also important to Mark was ensuring that every job is done right the first time, prompt onsite arrival times or call to confirm early or late arrival times, that he and his staff are all well mannered professionals who respect the properties of their customers.
